Beer Night trip to Nemo’s bar on Michigan Ave. in Detroit.

Did you know that the building that Nemo’s bar has been in since the mid 1960′s on the corner of 8th Street was originally a jewelry store, and their second building next door was originally a two lane bowling alley?

After the beer and history lesson, a quick stop was made at the old Michigan Central Train Station.  The front main waiting room was lit up, giving the building a spooky sense of life.  Security was posted in advance of the up coming filming of Transformers 3.
