2011 Bell’s Hopslam tapping at Grand Trunk Pub in downtown Detroit, Michigan.
Double India Pale Ale style, Hopslam starts with six different hop varietals added to the brew kettle & culminating with a massive dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops.
Definitely one of my favorites!
